Shipping policy


Payments

  • Payments are accepted from Indian and international customers.

  • India: UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking.

  • International: Credit cards only.

 Shipping – India

  • Orders ship within 1–2 working days.

  • Delivery timelines (from day after dispatch):

    • Metro cities: 3 working days

    • Other locations: up to 7 working days

  • Shipping charges: INR 60–99, calculated at checkout.

  • Orders are processed only via our official website/app.

Delivery Terms

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate address.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

  • Delivery attempts are limited; couriers may not call before delivery.

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability or incorrect details may be returned.

  • Re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Courier delays are beyond our control, but assistance will be provided where possible.

 International Shipping

  • Orders processed within 3 working days.

  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days, subject to customs and courier timelines.

  • Shipping charges are collected; customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer.

  • KYC documents may be required by courier partners on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are handled case by case.

Transit Damage

  • Products are securely packed.

  • In rare cases of transit damage, refunds apply to the product value only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
