Refund policy
Return Policy (3 Days):
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to register a return request.
The return window automatically closes after 3 days.
Return Registration Process:
Step 1: Click on the RETURNS option in the main menu and submit your order details.
Step 2: Our team will review and approve the return request.
Step 3: The order will be picked up from your address. Please ensure the product is packed in the original packaging/box.
Step 4: Once received, our team will conduct a quality check and initiate the refund as store credit.
Refund Terms (Store Credit Only)
- Refunds are issued only as store credits, not monetary refunds.
- Reverse shipping charges of INR 60 per order will be borne by the customer.
- Store credits will be issued after deducting INR 60 from the total value of the returned products once they reach us.
No deduction will be made for damaged or defective products. In such cases, the full product value will be refunded as store credit.
How to Redeem Store Credits
Step 1: Log in using your registered email ID and add products to your cart.
Step 2: Click the cart icon at the top right corner.
Step 3: On the cart page, click “Have a Gift Card?” below the Checkout button.
Step 4: On the checkout page, under Payments, tick “Apply Store Credit.”
The store credit amount will be instantly adjusted against your order value.
Cancellation Policy
Due to operational limitations, order cancellations are not allowed once placed.
We kindly request customers to place orders thoughtfully and avoid impulsive purchases.
